(Bothell, WA) Hello again bloggers, time to get this blog back to the mini stock information center. We have 10 more day's until round two of the 2008 mini stock season. Allot of things are going on behind the scenes...

Me, I replaced all the suspension on the right rear of my car. There are two locating arms and two control arms, all four were bent from an on track come together. Had to replace the front brake pads and rotors, the car was such a handful to drive after the damage, I over used my brakes and fried them.

I was talking to Nat yesterday (you won't hear me say that often) dang that statement left a taste in my mouth. Anyway, he said his life was like a country song about now. Frankintegra hit the track opening night and like any car there were "issues" One of Nat's issues was gearing. Sounds like they have been having their share of grief trying to get the trans back together. Personally, I would never dive into a tranny. Nat, you are braver than me! Of course they have a list of things that need attension.

Steve Green, what do I say. They seem to think this is a car show. Had all the brake lines chromed and the intake polished. I can't figure why a guy would work so hard for fifth place.

Chuck, my buddy Chuck tells me that he "has something for me next race.... SUCKA" I wonder what that means??? Not sure if you could see it from the stands, but Chuck's car looked way better on the track than in the past, did anyone else see his left rear wheel eight inches off the track!! Looked like a dog taken a pee. Better work on that sucka.

Jade (tear down the wall) Baumann's Prelude has been tugged on a frame rack and looks kinda like a Prelude again. She will be back, and I heard rumor that Rod Helmuth's other daughter may be out in the pretty blue Mistsibishi???? That car hauls the mail. Rod also informed me that the secret red VW Karman Ghia is nealy finished. I raced against that car the last time it ever ran a lap and was lapping the field as he flew by me and was gone from sight. Stay tuned for that one.

Cody's #8 Honda Civic blew a motor, I hear he is building a new one. Rumor has it there is a new RX7 due out and a couple more of the Rabbits too. There is a long dormant RX7 that may make an appearance soon as well. Can you say 30 cars!!!!

I don't know about the rest of you but I can't stand this long time off after a race. You get in the groove and just want to go. I put in a new cup holder and vanity mirror. Should be good to go!

See ya all on the 10th, if anything new comes up I will keep ya posted. Oh, by the way, stay out of Lynnwood this weekend, My birthday is the 4th and Suckas, I mean Chuck's is the 5th. Everything should be safe by Tuesday the 6th.
